Well I know I've started to suck at this whole posting thing, so here's my attempt at doing at least a little better:
Just to update everyone who cares (all one of you); I got the guitar that was signed by Brian Bell of Weezer from my awesome girlfriend for my birthday. I also got a brand new four-channel mixing board for christmas from my parents. And best of all, I got a 3.78 GPA for last quarter at Perry Technical Institute, so per the agreement with my parents, they got me the best computer in the history of ever: a MacBook!
I know what some of you long-time PC users are thinking: Macs suck. I was once confused as you are. Up until about a year ago I wondered why anyone would purchase one. I didn't understand why some people who knew a lot more than me would buy a computer that I believed to be inferior. Of course, my opinion was based primarily off of a video a friend showed me on the internet of a guy who for one reason or another didn't like Macs. My opinion was also based off of something that causes a lot of PC users poor opinion of Macs, and that is that I wanted the computer that I had to be the best, so I saw it as supirior.
Its ok. You can let your guard down. Steve Jobs and I welcome you to the Mac family.
I have been spending my "free time" playing with Rupert (my MacBook), serving at Shari's, and going to extra school. I get to work 8 pm to 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays, which is really fun, cause the customers are a lot more laid-back then, and I get paid to be entertained by the drunks that bearly stumble in between 2 and 3 am. I am also going to Yakima Valley Community College on Tuesday and Wednesday nights for a speech class to get an AAS in Telecommunications Technology.
Right now I'm just killing time before I have to leave for the Tri to go help in the soundbooth, cause I got off at 4 this morning and falling asleep
usually always leads to waking up late. But I can't think of anything to say, so have a good morning.
